Gratitude

Created on both sides of glass and sealed with resin, this piece features poppies in front of a gold-leaf heart. The background is made from notes of gratitude collected in the gratitude jar here in the gallery. This was a piece I held in my heart and created as part of my own healing. I originally planned to use my own poetry, but decided instead to include everyone’s gratitude.
